- (d) International police vetting was not available for one staff member who had lived abroad as an adult for more than six consecutive months
Provider's corrective action:
- The staff member has attended an appointment at the Embassy and the certificate will be issued in approximately 8 weeks. The service will be aware if any future staff have worked outside of Ireland for more than 6 month's, they will require international Police Vetting
