- General Safety: 1.The drains in the outdoor play areas were not suitably covered with a well fitted grid posing a risk of a child tripping. Action submitted by the Registered Provider
Provider's corrective action:
- General Safety: The manager stated that the drain covers have been replaced by a tradesman to ensure the children’s safety
Found compliant: Regulation 9, 11, 15, 16, 19, 22, 25, 26, 28.
