(2) (d) The service advised in writing that: Corrective and Preventive Action The staff member applied for an International Child Protection Certificate (ICPC) on the day of the inspection. It is now part of the service’s staff recruitment process that if a staff member has been in the UK for 6 months or more that the service ensures that an ICPC is applied for, prior to commencing employment in the service
