- General Safety: Garda vetting was available for all staff members. However, three of the six vetting disclosures were not dated within the previous three years in adherence to with the Early Years Inspectorate Regulatory Notice ‘EYI-RN12.3 Renewal of Garda Vetting’
Provider's corrective action:
- Corrective & Preventive Action Garda vetting renewed for the three staff members. Garda vetting will be renewed every three years going forward
