##### Regulation 23 — Safeguarding health, safety and welfare of child

- General Safety: 1. The daily attendance of children in the service was not accurately reflected in the service attendance records; at 11.30am 21 children were present but only 2 0 children were marked in as present in the service, leading to a risk of safety in the event of an evacuation. It is acknowledged that on highlighting by the inspector, the person in charge completed the attendance record immediately Action submitted by the Registered Provider

- General Safety: 1. A designated person will now look after registration books during drop off and home times. One specific person will take charge of registration books during drop off and home times make sure this does not happen again
