- General Safety: 1. Garda vetting disclosures for seven staff members were not dated within the previous three years in adherence to the Early Years Inspectorate Regulatory Notice ‘EYI-RN12.3 Renewal of Garda Vetting’. Action submitted by the Registered Provider
Provider's corrective action:
- General Safety: New Garda vetting disclosures were applied for in respect to the seven staff members whose vetting had not been dated in the previous three years
Found compliant: Regulation 9, 10, 11, 15, 19, 25, 28.
