**Immediate action notice.** 06/03/2024: An Immediate Action Notice was issued to the registered provider as there were four staff on the premises on the day of the inspection 21/02/2024 who did not have Garda Vetting documentation available. 07/03/2024: A response to the Immediate Action Notice was received stating that the registered provider had applied for Garda Vetting and was awaiting their return.
