Regulation 25 — First aid
- (2) (a) The first aid box did not contain a sufficient quantity of in date recommended contents for the numbers of children catered for. This included insufficient sterile unmedicated wound dressings, triangular bandages, pocket face masks and burns dressings
Provider's corrective action:
- This is now corrected, and the contents are added to the first aid box in the Naíonra. A note was taken of the expiry dates of these contents and a follow up will be done with the teacher to ensure that these contents are replaced in the service
