- General Safety: 1. Garda vetting was available for one staff member. However, this vetting disclosure was not dated within the previous three years in adherence to with the Early Years Inspectorate Regulatory Notice ‘EYI-RN12.3 Renewal of Garda Vetting’. Action submitted by the Registered Provider

- General Safety: 1. Renewal of Garda Vetting has been completed for the staff member in question. The service have implemented a monthly check on all garda vetting renewal dates to ensure that renewals are applied for in time going forward. Reminders have also been set up in calendars for when renewals are due
