##### Regulation 26 — Fire safety measures

- (1)(b) The record furnished in respect of the maintenance check for the smoke alarm was 2018. The person in charge informed that she was in the process of booking the service for the smoke alarm and that she would furnish the inspectorate with the certification when complete

- The development officer stated that the person in charge has in conjunction with the owner of the premises, contacted the company who carry out the smoke alarm testing in the building
