- Two written and verified past employer references or verified references from a reputable source other than a past employer were unavailable in respect of one adult whose records were reviewed. (d) Police vetting was unavailable for one adult who had lived in a state other than the State for a period of longer than 6 consecutive months
Provider's corrective action:
- Two references have been ratified and submitted and procedures have begun for one staff member who has lived in another state. Staff files will be kept on the premises at all times
Regulation 26 — Fire safety measures
- (b) 1. There was no documentary evidence available for the maintenance of the smoke/fire detection system in the pre-school
Provider's corrective action:
- Documentary evidence available for the maintenance of the smoke/fire detection system. Evidence will be kept in the room for future inspections
