##### Regulation 23 — Safeguarding health, safety and welfare of child

- General Safety: 1. A bolted gate in the outdoor play area of the premises had been removed due to recent works resulting in the area being unsecured. The gate requires refitting to minimise the risk of unauthorised exit of a child. Action submitted by the Registered Provider

- General Safety: The registered provider has stated. We have the gate attached in its original place as works are complete and will ensure gate is kept attached regardless of works in future
