##### Regulation 23 — Safeguarding health, safety and welfare of child

- General Safety: 1. An emergency exit door in the main care room led directly out to an unsecured area of the school grounds posing a risk that children may exit the premises unsupervised. 2. There was a kettle stored on a shelf in the care room posing a safety risk to children

- 1. An additional alarm has been fitted to the fire exit door and therefore wont pose a risk in future. 2. The kettle is kept in storage and out of reach of the children from now on
