##### Regulation 23 — Safeguarding health, safety and welfare of child

- General Safety: 1. On the day of inspection, the radiator in the larger playroom had a surface temperature of 56 degrees Celsius which may be a burn risk to a child. The surface temperature of a radiator must not exceed 50 degrees Celsius for safety. Infection Control: 2. Storage in the adult toilet was observed, including toys, play materials and cleaning equipment which may lead to cross infection. Action submitted by the Registered Provider
