##### Regulation 23 — Safeguarding health, safety and welfare of child

- General Safety: The most recent Garda vetting disclosure presented in respect of one of the staff members was not dated within the previous three years in adherence with the Early Years Inspectorate Regulatory Notice ‘EYI-RN12.3 Renewal of Garda Vetting’. Action submitted by the Registered Provider

- General Safety: The registered provider stated in the response that immediately upon identification the Garda vetting was applied for returned and reviewed. The registered provider will at the end of each month check staff files to ensure all staff vetting forms are in date. (Garda Vetting Disclosure included). Summary Comment In respect of the corrective action taken documentary evidence was submitted to the office of the Early Years Inspectorate, reviewed by the Early Years Inspector and deemed to meet the regulatory requirement
