In respect of 1 of the 3 adults whose files were reviewed, the service did not demonstrate compliance with the Early Years Inspectorate Regulatory Notice requiring services to renew Garda vetting every three years, as a period in excess of 3 years had lapsed since one of these documents was issued

- The registered provider stated the following corrective action and preventive action have been undertaken: Corrective Action 1. The registered provider has updated the Garda vetting disclosure. Preventive Action 1. The registered provider will update same every 3 years
