Regulation 25 — First aid
- (1) The registered provider did not have up to date training in First Aid Responder (FAR). This posed a potential risk to the safety of the children. The First Aid Responder (FAR) education and training standard established by the Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council (PHECC) is recognised as being inclusive of content and instruction relating to first aid for children

- The First Aid Responder (FAR) education and training standard established by the Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council (PHECC) has been completed by the registered provider and will be updated every two years
