- General Safety: 1. A garda vetting disclosure that was available for one staff member was not dated within the previous three years in adherence to with the Early Years Inspectorate Regulatory Notice ‘EYI-RN12.3 Renewal of Garda Vetting’. Action submitted by the Registered Provider

- General Safety: 1. Updated Garda vetting has been obtained for the staff member. All garda vetting will be checked annually to ensure they are in date, particularly in the case of long-term staff members
