- (d) On review of one staff members curriculum vitae, it was observed that the staff member had lived outside of Ireland for longer than six consecutive months and a police vetting disclosure was not available for this state
Provider's corrective action:
- Corrective Action The registered provider stated in the response that the employee as informed them that they have applied for police clearance. Preventive Action The registered provider will ensure that all employees have correct police and garda vetting fully completed on review of their CV
