- (1) (b) 1. Records identified that yearly maintenance of the smoke alarms has not been completed since 11 June 2024

- Maintenance of the smoke alarm system was conducted on 30 September 2025. Fire safety and maintenance checks will be conducted at the start of each academic year as part of the building’s yearly maintenance
