Provider's corrective action:
- A recruitment and onboarding checklist will be created to include mandatory Garda Vetting verification step before any staff member can commence work. The Preschool Manager will verify and sign off on all vetting documentation before a start date is confirmed. A staff file checklist will be completed and verified before employment commences to ensure all required documents, including Police Clearance Certificates where applicable, are obtained and filed
