##### Regulation 26 — Fire safety measures

- Up to date records of the number, type and maintenance for the firefighting equipment and the smoke alarm system were not available

- Corrective and Preventive Action The fire fighting equipment and smoke alarm system have been serviced and certified. A copy of the maintenance certificate for both have been submitted to the inspectorate . Going forward these will be serviced annually in accordance with the maintenance certificate
