- (a)(b) Three references with evidence of validation from a referee in respect of two adults were not available
- International police vetting with evidence of translation to English was not available in respect of an adult working in the service who had lived in two States for a period longer than six months

The service has received the references for this staff member (d) The service has submitted police vetting for both countries for this staff member. A copy of the police vetting clearances were submitted. The police vetting clearances submitted to the inspectorate and assessed by the service
