##### Regulation 23 — Safeguarding health, safety and welfare of child

- General Safety: 1. Garda vetting was available for all staff members on the staff roster, however the vetting disclosure for one staff member was not dated within the previous three years in adherence to the early years inspectorate regulatory notice ‘EYI-RN12.3 Renewal of Garda Vetting’. It is acknowledged that the updated garda vetting documentation was forwarded to the Early Years Inspectorate on 20/02/2025. Action submitted by the Registered Provider

- General Safety: All Garda Vetting renewals will be completed within the correct timeframes every three years
