- General Safety: • Garda vetting was available for four adults. However, one of these vetting disclosures were not dated within the previous three years in adherence to the Early Years Inspectorate Regulatory Notice ‘EYI- RN12.3 Renewal of Garda Vetting’. Action submitted by the Registered Provider In the corrective and preventative response (CAPA) received from the person in charge the following was stated:

- General Safety: • The process of re-vetting of one adult was completed. The service will review the staff garda vetting records annually to ensure that all garda vetting records are updated on time and every three years for staff and the registered provider
