- (2)(a)(b) One validated written reference were not available for one staff member. There was no evidence of validation of a second written reference which was available for the staff member

Regulation 23 — Safeguarding health, safety and welfare of child
- Infection Control: The cover on a bench seat located in the care room and used for storage and as a sitting area, was torn in three places and therefore could not be cleaned adequately. Action submitted by the Registered Provider Infection Control:
Provider's corrective action:
- This seat has been removed for repair and will be completed in approximately in one week. Summary Comment The registered provider has addressed the non-compliance as identified on inspection in relation to Regulation 23
