- General Safety: 1. Garda vetting was available for all 6 staff members. However, one adult’s vetting disclosures was not dated within the previous three years in adherence to with the Early Years Inspectorate Regulatory Notice ‘EYI-RN12.3 Renewal of Garda Vetting’ Action submitted by the Registered Provider
Provider's corrective action:
- General Safety: I reapplied for necessary garda vetting that was out of date by 4 weeks. I will write reminders of vetting renewal for all staff in a calendar
