- General safety: 1. Water temperatures observed in one of the children’s sanitary facilities exceeded 43°C on day of inspection. The water temperature measured at 46.4°C. This posed a risk of scalding to the children using the sink

Provider's corrective action:
- General safety: A plumber corrected the water temperatures promptly following the inspection. Water temperatures will be taken regularly to ensure it remains under 43°C
