4 December 2023 At 09:11am, it was observed that two children, aged 1-2 years were left unsupervised in the Wobbler room when the staff member left the room to accept a child from their parent at the main door

Provider's corrective action:

The Policy on Supervision of Children was circulated and discussed with all staff. A greater emphasis will be placed on this policy during staff training
