##### Regulation 23 — Safeguarding health, safety and welfare of child

- General Safety: Garda vetting was available for 13 staff members in total. However, two vetting disclosures were not dated within the previous three years in adherence to with the Early Years Inspectorate Regulatory Notice ‘EYI-RN12.3 Renewal of Garda Vetting’. Action submitted by the Registered Provider On the 16 06 2026 the registered provider advised of the following

- General Safety: Garda vetting applications have been submitted and completed for the two adults. An Excel database is currently being developed containing a full list of employees, including their garda vetting reference numbers and vetting expiry dates. A review of all garda vetting will be reviewed annually and renewal applications will be initiated immediately
