- General Safety: • Garda vetting was available for 2 adults, however 1 of these vetting disclosures were not dated within the previous 3 years in adherence to the Early Years Inspectorate Regulatory Notice ‘EYI-RN12.3 Renewal of Garda Vetting’ posing a potential risk for children. Action submitted by the Registered Provider The registered provider stated in their response:

- General Safety: Going forward all garda vetting renewals will be carried out within the 3 years required
