Immediate action notice. An immediate action notice was issued on the 4th April 2025 as one staff member did not have garda vetting. A response was received on the 7th April which was accepted by the Inspectorate to be appropriately addressing the non compliance.

Provider's corrective action:
- Garda vetting received for the staff member and submitted to the Early Years Inspectorate
Regulation 25 — First aid
- (1)A staff member with First Aid Responders course completed was not available on the premises. The service provided evidence that a person had up to date paediatric first aid course
Provider's corrective action:
- Two members of staff are attending a FAR workshop in mid-June
