Inspection of 10 December 2025 — Inspection Report
Immediate action notice. The inspection focused on an examination of compliance under regulations 9, 11, 19, 23 and 25; however, on inspection additional non-compliance which posed a risk was identified under Regulation 8. These findings are outlined within the relevant regulation within this report.

- It was identified on inspection, that the service was operating outside of their registration status. The service was registered with an alternative person in charge identified. Through discussion with staff on day of inspection, it was identified that a new person in charge was working in the service. The registered provider was required to notify the Early Years Inspectorate of any proposed change in details in relation to the preschool registration
Provider's corrective action:
- The registered provider submitted a change in circumstances application to the Early Years Inspectorate following the inspection. The registered provider will ensure that any changes to the registration details of the service will be updated when required
