However, these vetting disclosures were not dated within the previous three years in adherence with the Early Years Inspectorate Regulatory Notice. Action submitted by the Registered Provider General Safety: The registered provider stated in their response that:

- Up to date Garda vetting has been sourced and in future we will ensure Garda vetting is updated every 3 years
