- General Safety: 1.Garda vetting was available for 2 staff members. However, these vetting’s disclosures were not dated within the previous three years in adherence to the Early Years Inspectorate Regulatory Notice ‘EYI-RN12.3 Renewal of Garda Vetting’

- Corrective & Preventive Action General Safety: 1.Application for garda vetting was submitted immediately. Two up to date garda vetting’s have been placed on file. The registered provider will ensure that garda vetting for all staff will be renewed every 3 years
