- (2)(a)(c) Vetting procedures had not been completed for the person who provides cover in the event of emergency; two validated references and Garda Vetting were not available for inspection. The registered provider stated that this person had not been required to attend the service to date
Provider's corrective action:
- Vetting now in place for the emergency contact person. The registered provider will ensure the garda vetting is renewed before the expiry period
