A record of annual maintenance servicing was not available for the smoke alarm system in the service

Provider's corrective action:

The registered provider submitted written confirmation with the CAPA response on 8 May 2026, which confirmed that the smoke alarm system was serviced on 7 May 2026. As a preventive measure, it was advised in the CAPA response that the smoke alarm system will be serviced yearly and this has been added to the staff calendar to ensure it is not overlooked going forward
