##### Regulation 23 — Safeguarding health, safety and welfare of child

- Infection Control: On the day of inspection, the staff sanitary area was filled with office supplies, children’s spare clothes that were not in protective storage and a variety of non-related sanitary items. This posed an infection control risk of cross infection or contamination. Action submitted by the Registered Provider

- Infection Control: All office supplies and non-related sanitary items have been removed from staff sanitary area. All children’s spare clothing is now stored in individual lockable bags and place in a labelled storage unit. Office supplies and non-sanitary items will only ever be stored in the preschool room and we will ensure that all children’s spare clothing are returned to lockable bags in storage unit
