Provider's corrective action:
- (2)(a) Second written reference was validated. Going forward all employees references will be validated before commencing employment
Regulation 23 — Safeguarding health, safety and welfare of child
- General Safety: 1. Garda vetting available for one adult was not dated within the previous three years in adherence with the Early Years Inspectorate Regulatory Notice requiring Garda vetting to be renewed every three years. Action submitted by the Registered Provider
Provider's corrective action:
- General Safety: 1. Garda vetting was renewed as required for one adult. Staff files will be reviewed at the beginning of each term and Garda vetting near expiring will be renewed
