Regulation 23 — Safeguarding health, safety and welfare of child
- General Safety: 1.The inspector noted that the water in the sink in the playroom and toilets which the children had access to range from 43.7°C to 44.3°C. Water accessible to the children needs to be maintained below 43°c to avoid a risk of scalding.
