All non-compliances had been addressed. ##### Regulation 9 — Management and recruitment - 1. A file for one adult was not available to include two written references and photo identification. 2. A validated reference was not available in respect of one adult. 3. A reference sourced from a past employer in respect of one adult was not validated - Corrective and Preventive Action: 1.A file has now been created in respect for one adult and includes two written references and photoidentification. 2. A validated reference is available in respect of one adult 3. A reference was sourced from a past employer in respect of one adult Prevention Actions: All references will be validated by manager before staff member is employed. A record is now maintained to include a list of all validation method to include staff name, name of reference, position of reference, date reference was sought, who sought reference, contact number of references ##### Regulation 15 — Record of pre-school child - Five of the twelve enrolment forms reviewed did not have a record of a completed immunisation schedule outlining immunisations received by the children - Corrective and Preventive Action Five of the twelve enrolment forms reviewed did not have a record of a completed immunisation schedule outlining immunisations received by the children on closer inspection all five of the twelve did have photocopy of immunisation schedule attached to registration form ##### Regulation 26 — Fire safety measures - A record was not available for the number, type and maintenance of firefighting equipment and smoke alarms in the service - Corrective and Preventive Action The f irefighting equipment and smoke alarm system in service have now been fully serviced and replaced as necessary. Fire equipment maintenance was serviced on 03 May 2024. The s moke alarm system maintenance service was completed on the 22 March 2024. The maintenance service of equipment will take place annually going forward ##### Regulation 28 — Insurance - Evidence that the childcare service was adequately insured was not available when requested on the day of inspection - An insurance certificate is on site and available for inspection. Insurance cover is available for children attending the service and is valid until 04 May 2024.
