General Safety: (1) The large doll’s house has been secured with brackets. In future all furniture will be assessed and anchored if required

(e) There was no adult toilet available in the service. The registered provider must ensure that staff have access to suitable and adequate sanitary facilities

Provider's corrective action:

(e) A staff toilet is now available in the school for the staff, ensuring compliance with the regulation for the requirement for a staff toilet
