##### Regulation 23 — Safeguarding health, safety and welfare of child

- General Safety: (1) A large doll’s house in the home corner of the care room was not anchored, posing a safety hazard should it tip or fall on a child. Action submitted by the Registered Provider

- General Safety: (1) The large doll’s house has been secured with brackets. In future all furniture will be assessed and anchored if required

##### Regulation 29 — Premises

- (e) There was no adult toilet available in the service. The registered provider must ensure that staff have access to suitable and adequate sanitary facilities

- (e) A staff toilet is now available in the school for the staff, ensuring compliance with the regulation for the requirement for a staff toilet
