- (4) The evidence available on file was insufficient to show that the qualifications for one staff met the regulatory requirements
Provider's corrective action:
- Corrective and Preventive Action The staff member obtained confirmation of successful completion of a relevant qualification and provided same to the service. A checklist has been introduced in the service to ensure that all new staff provide verified documentation including qualifications before commencing work
