##### Regulation 26 — Fire safety measures

- (b) Records indicated that the fire extinguishers were not serviced on an annual basis. The recorded date of when the fire extinguishers were last serviced was in August 2024

- (b)In the corrective and preventative written response, (CAPA) the registered provider stated that the fire extinguishers in the service were serviced on the 13 May 2026. The registered provider stated that the fire extinguishers will be serviced on an annual basis
