- (4) One of three staff members working directly with the children attending the service was unable to provide evidence that staff members qualification meets the minimum regulatory requirements in Early childhood Care and Education at a minimum Level 5 on the National Qualifications Framework or a qualification deemed by the Minister to be equivalent

- On the 14/02/2024 and 15/02/2024 the registered provider advised of the following Corrective and Preventive Action The staff member has enrolled on a Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI) Level 5 Early Learning and Care childcare course with an expected completion date of 6 months. A referral letter has been sent to the DCEDIY for recognition of a previous qualification
