Regulation 16 — Record in relation to pre-school service
- (h)The attendance records for the children in the Toddler room were not completed until 10.30am, after the inspector asked to see the attendance record
Provider's corrective action:
- With immediate effect, all children are signed in on arrival. With immediate effect, staff gather all paperwork and pens needed beforehand to prevent any signing-in delays
Regulation 25 — First aid
- The two First Aid Responder (FAR) certificates available for inspection had expired. One certificate expired in August 2022 and the other in September 2022
Provider's corrective action:
- FAR Training dates have been scheduled during the summer closure. Organise future FAR training during closures to prevent future delays or certs expiring
