##### Regulation 23 — Safeguarding health, safety and welfare of child

- Fire Safety: 1. The main door into the service was secured by a lock and key and the external gate that was used to access the fire assembly point during fire drills was secured with a padlock. The key locked front door and the padlocked secured gate poses a risk of safe and fast escape from the premises in the event of a fire or other emergency. Action submitted by the Registered Provider

- Fire Safety: 1. The lock on the door identified as the fire exit door has been replaced with a thumb turn lock. The padlock on the gate to exit the garden of the premises to access the fire assembly point has been removed
