13 July 2026 — Regulation 23 Safeguarding Health, Safety and Welfare of Child: Regulation 23 The maximum number of full day care children in the service is limited to 29 Within the above maximum, the number of children in each room is limited to: Montessori 1 – 6 children (Full Day Care) Montessori 2 – 8 children (Full Day Care) Montessori 3 – 8 children (Full Day Care) Baby/Toddler – 7 children

29 May 2026 — Regulation 30 Minimum Space Requirements: Regulation 30 Child Care Act 1991 (Early Years Services) Regulations 2016 The Registered Provider will be required to comply with the following condition: Ensure that the health, safety and welfare of the children in attendance is maintained by meeting the minimum floor space requirements and not exceeding the service registered numbers of 22 children on the premises at any one time.

14 January 2026 — Regulation 30 Minimum Space Requirements: Regulation 30 of the Child Care Act 1991 (Early Years Service) Regulations 2016 The Registered Provider will be required to comply with the following condition. • Ensure that the health, safety and welfare of the children in attendance is maintained by meeting the minimum floor space requirements and not exceeding the service registered numbers of 52 children with a maximum of 48 children attending as full day care at any one time. This condition will remain in place for 12 months.

24 October 2025 — Regulation 09 Management and Recruitment: The registered provider must submit additional agreed information to the Agency at a time agreed with the Agency
